How to Book ?
- Booking can be done by contacting us via facebook messenger or email or call us.
How to make payment?
- Payment can be done at the office downstairs.
What is included on Booking?
- All taxes are included on bill. We believe service charge shouldn’t be mandatory . Cleaning twice a week for short accommodation and once a week for long term accommodation. Electricity and complimentary drinking water are also included.
What is not included on Booking?
- Any other Service requested by our guest besides that is included on bill will be charged. Drinking water is not included.
Do I need to pay for Laundry?
- Laundry machines are available for all our guest. Long term guest will have private laundry machine while others may have to share the machine. Detergent is not included on bill.
Do we have air conditioning ?
- We do not have A/c installed on our apartment.
What to do in Winter ?
- We do provide gas heater for winter but gas is not free. If you prefer electric heater we provide them as well but you have to pay for small amount on electric use.
